Demonstrations by Southern transitional supporters in Lahij and al-Dale’a chanted against the Saudi monarch and the coalition

Dozens of supporters of the so-called Southern Transitional Council (NTC), backed by the UAE, demonstrated on Tuesday in the Al-Habyleen area of Lahjj province, raising slogans against the Arab coalition and Saudi King Salman bin Abdul Aziz.

According to al-Masdar online, the angry protesters raised the slogan of "get out, get out, Salman," like «get out colonization», against the British occupation that dominated southern Yemen for more than 140 years.

This is the first time that supporters of the UAE are raising slogans against Saudi Arabia and King Salman, although the demonstration came out against high prices and rising rabies, and demanded a halt to the collapse of the local currency.

Since last Sunday, the circle of protests against the Yemeni government, the central bank of Yemen and the Arab coalition has expanded after the riyal collapsed to record levels, and the dollar reached 640 riyals.

In al-Dale’a, demonstrations were staged, called  on by  the "southern transition" to denounce the existence of the coalition and the participants in the demonstration echoed the slogan "No coalition after today."
